You can do it yourself. It is affordable, too. Every household can buy it.

A smart umbrella is a motion sensor that sends an alert feature to "wake up".  It cost $79.  It has a zinc handle and Bluetooth 4.0 technology.  You can access on your Android and iOS app. It will send the alert more than 30 feet away from the umbrella.  This is a luxury item that wealthy people will buy.  It is not for the middle class to spend that much money.  The design is unique.  Not sure it is safe enough to use it.

This is a twelve cup coffee maker, made by Oxo.  The Oxo Brarista Brain 12-cup Coffee System sell for $299.  It does not look bulky like other coffee maker.  It is a stylish and modern looking.  This machine is large and able to fill up the 12 cup pot of coffee in one batch.  Also, it earns the SCAA (Specialty Coffee Association of America) seal of approval.  It looks nice to put on the kitchen counter, but it does not seem to save.  One it falls on the floor, it will break easily.  The design is sleek and simple.  No one can guess what is it.  It looks expensive or antique item, but the selling price is too high.  A normal household could not afford to buy it.  If the price is reduced down to $199, all households can buy it off.   It is easy to operate.  The water pitcher has the water level to measure how much water to fill up into 12 cups or less.  It is your choice.

What about our children?" by Banksy (him/herself).  It was not surprising to find any art in Gaza.  Art is an expression to those do not have the voice to speak out. It has a  powerful message.  The black and white image of the cat with a pink bow around her neck can be represents a child.  A child left behind during the war.  The saddest of losing the love ones is unspeakable.  The cat does not look very happy, instead it has a sad face.  The gesture of the cat looks like she/he is the only one left in the world. The yard ball was made out from the individual steel grab together.  It is a touchy moment.  When you look at this, it will make you think. 

This artwork is also a powerful, because it is all in black and gray image of a human kneel down with the head down. It does not need details to tell the story. This image tells you that he or she is alone in the dark without any rescues. It is a metaphor for the quality of humanity. Street art is often has a political message or a statement.  Based on these two artworks, are so depressing to see, because art is not always expresses to be happy or colorful.  Sometimes, we need to learn from it.

The design is a square with round edges box.  It looks stylish to put on any desk.  It is small that nobody will pay attention or not an eye catchy thing anyone will steal. It will be a good market for small business company, because it is small that can easy to hide it.  It does not require muscle strength to lift and carry from one location to another.  Anyone can pick it up by one hand and move it to one room to room without hurting your back. It work as the same as a bulky computer or a laptop.

The Brookstore HDMI Pocket Projector is very compact like the Apple TV streaming- media box.  The picture quality is decent.  It is easy to use and set up.  The built in rechargeable battery delivers two hours long.  Its also can charge from the portable device.  The dimension is (HWD) 0.89" x 3.9" x 3.8".  It is light weighted, about half a pound.  The design is simple.  Its looks sleek with glossy slate colored finish.  You can bring it to anywhere. The school should put it inside the classroom.  The price is fair ($299).  The bad thing is built in two tiny 1-watt speakers.  You can add an external speaker with the unit that will improve the sound.  This projector is convenience for sales person who's travel to one city to another to give an presentation.  He or she doesn't has to bring any big devices.  So it is a win win situation.

There is a new invention that will blow your mind away.  It is a Tao Chair.  A normal chair that allows you to work out while you're sitting to watch a football game, movie and news, etc.  The design of the chair looks contemporary and futuristic.  The white color gives it look more valuable.  Nobody knows the functional usage of the chair.  They would think it is just a stylish look alike "Star Trek" chair. The armrests are designed for pushing and pulling.  It is easy to use.  By doing several isometric holds (see above) for several minutes, you will feel the ache of the biceps, triceps, latissimus dorsi and abs engage, but it isn't designed for reps. The LCD screen is on the left armrest that estimates how many calories you're burning.  The chair looks very comfortable to sit. This chair is designed for those individual does not have time or not exercise or not able to go to the gym or disability.  This might be a good start if you have trouble finding the motivation.  Soon, you will see this chair in a physical therapy office.  Who doesn't want one in each household. The price should be fair.  Tao chair will be able during the holiday of 2015.  It will be worth it. 

NEW TOYOTA I-ROAD ELECTRIC ONE-SEATER CAR... Toyota does not currently sell this i-Road, however, the company is currently testing fleets of i-Roads in Japan, Grenoble, France. This is a preview of this little electric car rides on three wheels, two in the front, and one the rear. When you turn the steering wheel while driving driving above 5 mph, the front suspension pushed down the outside wheel and retracted the inside wheel.  The i-Road uses a remarkable turning steering mechanism.  It is safe.  The front wheels are powered by using an electric motor of about 2 kilowatts.  It's top speed of 37 mph.  It takes about 3 hours to charge from a standard household outlet. The front seat was comfortable.  It covered in soft plastics.  This design looks similar to Fiat, but it is just one seater and three wheels.  The looks is futuristic.  This is a one seater that does not allow to bring your love one with you.  It is another version of a bicycle, but its looks fancier.  The college's students will buy this car, because he or she doesn't has time for anything.  Hope the price is reasonable.

Remembered the old day, you have to boiled the water on the stove, and put your baby bottle inside.  Sometimes, your hand got burned or you forgot about it.  All you have to do is, just one touch of a button.  It is drawing from dual reservoirs filled with water, and it will hold enough for 12 8-ounces bottles of formula.  The best thing is you can even brew over Wi-Fi using an app on your Android or Iphone cell phone.  It is easy as scan the barcode of your formula.  One cool thing is you will also receive push notifications whenever it need of a refill.  It comes in black and white, which is so boring, but it looks stylish and expensive.  It is expensive, and the cost is $279.
     The design looks like a regular Keurig coffee brewer.  Every parent should get one.  It looks contemporary and stylish on top of the kitchen's counter.   The price is little too expensive for normal citizens.  This is just an necessary luxurious thing, and it is great for busy parents.  The only thing to change is to cut down the price.  If the price go under $200, every parent can afford it.  It is will be a great gift for every baby's shower.

     THE NEW REMOTE TOUCH PAD...This amazing new design Touch Pad is the new feature from Lexus new model NX 200t.   It is as same as the track pad on the laptop computer that require to slide with a finger to move like a cursor across the pad.  You will pay more attention on the screen than standard touch screen or knob based controller.  You need to tap the pad to make a selection. The color is gray.  That is boring.  Lexus should make it in multiple color.  But they made a smart decision by replace the original Drive Mode knob, whether you get it or you just don't.  Some drivers don't, especially the elder people.  They 're not technology literate; like they said, "you can't teach an old dog a new trick." 
     This new replacement of the Touch Pad is targeting the middle and young age group.  They are more appreciated and excited by new technology added into a new model Lexus's car.   Its just a toy to them, because they have experienced by using the laptop and other gaming devices. The Touch Pad is located in front of the right arm's rest.  It is easy to navigate it.
     This is perfect and simple Touch Pad that most people can manage it.  It looks elegant, stylish and modern, but it looks expensive.  If you have the money, you will buy it whether if you know how to use it or not.

     This Generic Brand for Facial Tissue is up&up (Target's brand). The design is simple and colorful. There are big and small circles on four sides. It is easy to read and understand.  It costs less expensive.  Everyone can afford it.  When they have them on sales, it would be less than one dollar.  WOW. You can't beat that.

     This is a cough & cold medicine "Adult Tussin CF - Cough & Cold" for ages 12 & over. It is no-drowsy that mean you don't fall to sleep in the morning at work, school, etc. They have the same effect by compare to original brand like "Robitussin CF." Everyone can afford to buy it, because it is a generic brand.  Its costs less expensive. The design of the box is simple.  The usage of the big fonts, are easy to read and understand. When you are looking the light green's color, its gives a sense of calm feeling. There isn't anything to modify on this box.  Its looks good as it is.

      There are four different formulas that meet your symptoms.  Tussin is chest congestion with dry cough. Tussin DM is frequent coughs plus chest congestion.      This modern 619,000 square foot building is Heydar Aliyev Center, which a cultural center in Baku, Azerbaijan.  It located between Armenia and Iran.  It was designed by Iraqi-British Architect Zaha Hadid.  For the last seven years, Hadid has become the first woman to receive the Design Museum's annual award. Heydar Aliyev Center was opened in 2012. The concept was as a large volume of fluid that folds up to form a single continuous surface, and seamless spatial flow are made real .  It was elegant.  The white brings the nature of purity.  Up today, many visitors came from around the world to see this surreal building.  

     This magnificent building is Ningbo History Museum, in Ningbo, China.  It was built in 2008.  It was designed by multiple awarded Chinese architects' Wang Shu and Lu Wenyu (his wife). Also Wang was the 2012 Pritzker Architecture Prize Laureate. The concept was "Architecture as mountains" that how Wang described. All materials were used from recycle items that left over by other construction work's sites. Textures, shapes and colors are defined by the natural landscape and the architecture. It was contemporary although the building profiles and roofs were reminded of Chinese temple roofs.  This building is compelling originality that address to the future, but draw meaning and value from the past.  It also send the important signal to the rest of the world of his distinctive architecture language that speak to everyone.  That language is shuttle and rich, new and old, and modern and traditional. Wang inspired by Chinese calligraphy that allow him to expresses the building's key moments of space and circulation as natural. The originally is not the common place.  You will not never see something like this before.  Wang is the one and only one.
